 and Sophie Maillet are Acadian musicians from Baie Sainte-Marie\, Nova Sco
 tia\, bringing the music\, stories\, and spirit of their community to the 
 stage. A singer-songwriter since childhood\, Vickie blends heartfelt story
 telling and humour through country-folk songs inspired by Acadian culture 
 and heritage. At just 17\, Sophie is a gifted multi-instrumentalist and em
 erging singer-songwriter who has been performing since the age of five. Sh
 e plays piano\, accordion\, and drums\, sings\, and is expanding her talen
 ts to bass and guitar. Together\, Vickie and Sophie celebrate the vibrant 
 musical traditions and contemporary voices of Baie Sainte-Marie. @vickie__
 deveau\n\nNous sommes Vickie Deveau et Sophie Maillet\, deux musiciennes a
 cadiennes fières de leurs racines de la magnifique région de la Baie Sai
 nte-Marie. Auteure-compositrice-interprète\, Vickie écrit des chansons c
 ountry-folk à la fois touchantes et humoristiques depuis l’âge de 8 an
 s\, célébrant notre culture\, nos histoires et notre patrimoine. À seul
 ement 17 ans\, Sophie est une jeune musicienne multi-instrumentiste et aut
 eure-compositrice-interprète très prometteuse. Elle joue de la musique d
 epuis l’âge de 5 ans et maîtrise le piano\, l’accordéon\, la batter
 ie et le chant\, tout en apprenant présentement la basse et la guitare. A
 vec d’innombrables spectacles et réalisations à son actif\, nous somme
 s très heureuses de l’avoir avec nous sur scène! Nous avons bien hâte

 vec vous.\n\nChefs\n\nPaul Thimot \n\nBoasting over 30 years of culinary 
 and sommelier expertise\, Chef Paul Thimot embarked on his gastronomic jou
 rney in Saulnierville\, Nova Scotia\, nurturing his early passion for food
  and wine. His path encompassed culinary studies\, experiences in Halifax\
 , training in France\, and sommelier certification in Western Canada—cul
 minating in a distinguished teaching career at the Nova Scotia Community C
 ollege. Previously\, Thimot excelled as a wine educator at Mission Hill Wi
 nery in Kelowna and as a sommelier at Banff Springs Hotel. On his summers 
 off from academia\, he operates a food truck\, creating exquisite dishes f
 or weddings and events at wineries and unique venues\, and embodying his c
 ulinary ethos of crafting delightful everyday cuisine. @paulthimot \n\nSha
 ne Robicheau \n\nOriginally from Clare\, Nova Scotia\, Shane Robicheau em
 barked on a global culinary journey despite his small-town roots. His culi
 nary passion ignited at his family’s restaurant at the age of 12\, setti
 ng the course for his future. Chef Robicheau honed his skills at the culin
 ary arts program at the Kingstec Campus\, NSCC\, where he was mentored by 
 the province’s top chefs. Notably\, he represented Canada in the Culinar
 y World Cup in Luxembourg as part of the U-25 Culinary Team. Presently\, R
 obicheau offers private chef services in his hometown of Saulnierville thr
 ough his food truck venture. His latest culinary endeavour\, Searoots Ocea
 nside Dining in South West Nova Scotia\, showcases his culinary expertise
