 nOriginally from Nain\, Nunatsiavut\, in northern Labrador\, Ethan James A
 ngnatok is an Inuit chef whose cooking is deeply rooted in the land and tr
 aditions of his home. Growing up hunting\, trapping\, foraging\, and fishi
 ng\, Ethan draws on knowledge passed down through his family to create dis
 hes that honour traditional Inuit ingredients and flavours. In recent year
 s\, he has shared the foods he grew up with through culinary events and ex
 periences across Canada. Ethan has also worked in commercial fisheries and
  participated in ocean research expeditions\, deepening his commitment to
