 perience in Nova Scotia. Explore the landscape through their culinary pers
 pectives as they share knowledge of wild edibles\, sustainable harvesting\
 , and their own approaches to cooking with ingredients gathered from the l
 and. Discover\, taste\, and learn along the way\, gaining a deeper appreci
 ation for the connection between food\, place\, and season. Part culinary 
 adventure\, part outdoor exploration\, this is a rare opportunity to exper

 atsiavut\, in northern Labrador\, Ethan James Angnatok is an Inuit chef wh
 ose cooking is deeply rooted in the land and traditions of his home. Growi
 ng up hunting\, trapping\, foraging\, and fishing\, Ethan draws on knowled
 ge passed down through his family to create dishes that honour traditional
  Inuit ingredients and flavours. In recent years\, he has shared the foods
  he grew up with through culinary events and experiences across Canada. Et
 han has also worked in commercial fisheries and participated in ocean rese
 arch expeditions\, deepening his commitment to sustainable seafood and the
  important role chefs can play in protecting our oceans. @ethan_angnatok\n
 \nStéphane Levac\n\nChef Stéphane Levac is an Indigenous chef with roots
  in M’Chigeeng First Nation\, originally from Sturgeon Falls\, Ontario. 
 Now based in Nova Scotia\, his cooking is deeply connected to heritage\, p
 lace and the stories behind each ingredient. As Executive Chef at Maritime
  Express Cider Co. in Kentville\, Stéphane brings together locally source
 d ingredients\, bold flavours and a creative approach that honours traditi
 on while looking forward. A passionate forager and storyteller\, he sees f
 ood as a powerful way to connect people\, culture and community. Whether i
 n the kitchen or exploring the landscape\, Stéphane’s cooking reflects
