Devour! The Food Film Fest announces key partners for 2016 event

Wolfville, N.S. (October 31, 2016) – Public and private sector partners have lined up to support the sixth edition of Devour! The Food Film Fest. Combining cinematic talent with extraordinary culinary creations, Wolfville plays host to the world’s largest festival focused on food and film from November 2-6, 2016.

“We are truly honoured to have so many organizations supporting our event and what it means for the growth of our province,” says Michael Howell, executive producer of Devour! “These levels of support have helped us continue to grow our festival each and every year. We expect to host over 11,000 attendees in Wolfville this year alone.”

Devour! organizers are humbled by the continuous support of the festival’s lead donors, Margaret and David Fountain, who have continued to support the event’s mission for the past three festivals. The festival is also fortunate to be supported by its two platinum partners – the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) and the provincial Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage.

Devour! The Food Film Fest is an international festival celebrating cinema, food and wine culture. The five-day festival takes place in the culinary epicentre of Nova Scotia – the town of Wolfville, Kings County.
