Young chef Agnes is on an ambitious journey to mastery through some of the most outstanding restaurants in the world. The self-confident twenty-something finished her apprenticeship at Austria’s top-restaurant Steirereck, won the 2018 culinary world cup with the Austrian team of all men, and is on track to rattle the kitchens of the world’s top restaurants.
