Lindsay Jones
Toronto-born Lindsay is an award-winning bartender, certified sommelier, and one of Halifax’s most dynamic hospitality talents. Since moving east in 2015, she has become a fixture of the city’s bar scene, earning recognition in competitions at both the local and national level. Her curiosity has taken her around the world, exploring the people, places, spirits, wines, and techniques that shape great drinking experiences. Today, she leads the cocktail program at The Ostrich Club in Halifax’s Hydrostone Market, where she turns fresh ingredients and exceptional products into inventive, approachable cocktails.
