Everyone’s favourite morning radio show is stopping by Devour! to shine a spotlight on Devour! CBC Nova Scotia Information Morning Host Portia Clark will be reporting live from Wolfville, interviewing festival goers and industry guests with a program packed full of incredible food and film interviews. COOKING WITH KIDS

This year debuts our first ever foodie workshop series for kids! Improve your children’s cooking skills, food literacy (and keep them busy on a PD day) with guidance from culinary experts. All the food made will in these workshops will be delivered to a local senior citizens home.

The sweetest workshop going! Celebrated Toronto Chef and Chocolatier Brandon Olsen shares tips and techniques for creating beautiful and delicious chocolate confections, including his signature salted caramel bonbons. Nom!


CHARCUTERIE OF QUEBEC

Learn the art of charcuterie from one of La Belle Province’s most esteemed chefs! Quebec City culinary innovator and anti-food waste advocate chef Louis Bouchard hosts a culinary workshop for a demonstration and tasting of classic dishes from his award-winning restaurant. Bon appétit!
